AIRES Renewables (Registered Trademark), is a company incorporated under Argentinean law providing consulting services for the development and engineering of renewable energy projects and creating investment opportunities in the Latin American energy sector.
With its office in Buenos Aires, AIRES serves both private companies and public administrations in the Latin American wind and solar energy markets. The company's operations began in August 2009 in Argentina, where it is currently one of the leading companies and a reference in the sector. In 2009-2010 AIRES carried out its first works in Uruguay. Since 2012 the Company has offered services in the Chilean market and its growth and notoriety have been increasing alongside the growth of the industry in the region, with present activity in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador, and Dominican Republic.
The Directors of AIRES have more than 25 years of individual experience in the energy market, having carried out important projects in the renewable energy sector and the oil & gas sector in Italy, Spain, Greece, United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, United States, Uruguay, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and Argentina.
AIRES offers complete engineering solutions for the wind and solar industry, throughout its value chain, from market assessment, regulations analysis and design, strategic management, project design, engineering (layout design, energy calculations, electrical and civil engineering), permitting, and financial modelling to provide support during construction, commissioning and commercial operations for all levels of consumers: residential, commercial, industrial or utility scale. Moreover, the company provides independent certification of energy production, has robust track record in advising banks and companies on asset structuring and technical Due Diligence and governments on regulatory issues. To achieve best results, AIRES works closely with its clients promoting good relationships based on dialogue and transparency. Since 2014 AIRES has been closely linked to RE in Argentina, firstly supporting National Senator Marcelo Guinle, in writing and leading the approval of National Law 27.191, finally obtained in September 2015, by almost unanimity, and since them providing technical support to the market in the intense activity generated by different National Government calls for tender.
